| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]专利价值评估工具已经应用非常广泛，但其评估结论是否有效尚有争议。方法/过程]本文以某高校最近三年已实际发生专利权转移交易的专利为研究样本，以实际交易价格与现已公开应用的3个专利价值评估模型的评估值进行比较，利用相关分析和回归分析等数理统计方法验证Innography、IncoPat和PatSnap作为专利价值评估工具的有效性。结果/结论]本研究涉及的交易样本数据表明：PatSnap在评估专利价值上具有较高的可靠性，评估结果可作为交易的参考价格供买卖双方参考；IncoPat评估的专利价值度与真实交易价格的自然对数值有较高的相关性，而Innography评估的专利强度与真实价格的相关性一般。PatSnap的价值评估结果可作为交易的参考价格供买卖双方参考，也可用来评估专利作为高校无形资产的价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose/Significance]The patent value evaluation tools have been widely used,but it is still controversial whether the evaluation conclusion is valid or not.Methods/Process]This paper compared the evaluation value with the actual transaction price of the patent which has actually sold by a university in the last three years.The SPSS statistics was used to calculate relevance of the valuation and the actual transaction price,verify the effectiveness of Innography,IncoPat and PatSnap as patent valuation tools.Result/Conclusion]Research showed that PatSnap had high reliability in the evaluation of patent value,the evaluation results could be used as a trading reference price for both reference.The patent strength of IncoPat evaluation had a high correlation with the natural logarithm value of the real transaction price,while the correlation between the patent strength of Innography evaluation and the real price was in general.The value assessment results of PatSnap could be used as reference prices for both buyers and sellers,and could also be used to assess the value of patents as intangible assets of colleges and universities. |
