| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]随着经济全球化进程不断加快,企业新产品开发变得更为复杂,围绕产品开发流程构建企业竞争情报支撑体系,将有效提升产品研发效率。方法/过程]本文基于SGS企业新产品开发管理理论,进一步研究构建企业竞争情报业务流模型,并将企业竞争情报业务流模型应用到某生物医药企业的新药筛选、立项、开发、报批、销售环节中,有效推动了企业的新药研发。结果]围绕产品开发流程构架企业竞争情报业务流,对打破传统产品开发流程中各环节的松散耦合与壁垒,降低产品开发成本,提升产品研发效率具有积极促进作用。

| Abstract: | Purpose/Significance]With the accelerating process of economic globalization,the new product development of enterprises becomes more complex.The support system of enterprise competitive intelligence,which is based on product development process,would improve the efficiency of product development.Method/Process]Based on the theory of SGS new product development process,this paper studied on the application of competitive intelligence business process cycle in all stages of new product development process,and set up a business model of enterprises competitive intelligence based on SGS new product development process.Result/Conclusion]Finally,the author applied the business model of enterprises competitive intelligence to new drug development for a biomedical enterprise,effectively shortened the research and development cycle,lowered development risk,and promoted the development of new drugs for the enterprise. |
