基于DEMATEL方法的微信用户满意度影响因素分析

摘    要:目的/意义]微信的广泛应用使得研究和分析如何提升用户的满意度具有重要的意义。方法/过程]本文以期望确认理论为基础,附以技术接受模型以及补充要素理论构建微信用户满意度影响因素模型,应用DEMATEL方法对影响满意度的原因因素和结果因素进行了辨别分析。结果/结论]微信用户满意度的主要影响因素包括:感知内容、感知有用性、感知易用性和感知审美等,而使用成本是驱动因素,起到了最关键的作用,并据此提出了提升微信满意度的具体措施。

Analysis of Influence Factors for Customer Satisfaction in WeChat Based on DEMATEL

Abstract:Purpose/Significance] There are more and more users in WeChat.It is of great significance to research and analyze how to improve user satisfaction.Methodology/Process] In this paper,based on the theory of Expectation Confirmation Theory,the model of influencing factors of WeChat user satisfaction was constructed with Technology Acceptance Model and Complementary Element Theory.The DEMATEL method was used to analyze the reasons and the result factors of the satisfaction.Result/Conclusion] The analysis found that perceived content,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and aesthetic perception had a significant impact on WeChat user satisfaction,and the use cost was the driving factor,and it has played the most critical role,and the specific measures to improve the satisfaction of WeChat were put forward accordingly.
