| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]高校图书馆为了掌握读者信息需求动态数据。方法/过程]利用帆布指纹识别与CNZZ两种方法进行读者信息追踪，获取读者信息行为，在法律与道德允许范围内，从获取的数据中挖掘读者需求信息。通过对高校读者的信息行为的特征需求分析，匹配与图书馆拥有的信息资源并通过网络平台推送至读者。结果/结论]借助于智能推荐系统，能够促进服务由粗放化向精细化转变，用以提高图书馆智能化服务水平。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] The university libraries have to grasp the readers' information needs.Method/process] Using canvas fingerprint identification and CNZZ two methods to track readers information,reader information behavior,with law's permission,and to dig the readers' demand information from data mining.Through readers' information behaviour in universities,the characteristics of the demand analysis,matching with the library information resources and through the network platform to push to the reader.Result/conclusion] With the aid of intelligent recommendation system,could promote the service from the extensive is changed to refinement,to raise the level of library intelligence service. |
