| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的快速发展，专利价值评估已经越来越成为企业投资选择、科研成果评价、并购重组、技术产权转让等过程中最核心的问题。通常，对特定的专利资产价值进行准确评估是上述诸多领域成功开展的基石；因此，进行专利价值评估研究意义重大。在系统梳理相关专利评估文献的基础上，比较了企业专利资产价值评估的主要方法，分析了企业专利资产价值的相关影响因素，最后总结了现有研究所存在的不足，并对未来相关研究进行了展望。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of knowledge economics, it became the heart problem increasingly which the assessmeat of patent asset value is in investment choice, scientific research work assessment, mergers and acquisitions, technology transfer, etc. Usually, it is the successful foundation stone of the abovementioned processes which the patents assets values of a enterprise can be assessed accurately or not. So, it is important to research on patents assets values assessments. Based on a systematic review of w.levant literature, this paper compared the main methods of assessment of patent asset value, and analyzed the factors influencing the patent asset value. At last, it advanced the directions in future researches in view of the shortcomings of existing researches. |
