| 摘 要： | 面对纷繁复杂的国内外形势，智库在政府决策过程中的参谋作用日益凸显。党校作为服务地方党委、政府决策和经济社会发展的主阵地，建设现代智库势在必行。浙江省委党校亦适时提出“提升咨询水平、建设高端智库”的构想，通过分析党校图书馆面临的挑战和机遇，探讨图书馆开展智库服务的可行性，进而提出党校图书馆服务创新的举措和思考。

| Abstract: | Facing the complicated domestic and international situation, the role of think tanks in the general staff in the decision - making process has become increasingly prominent. Party school as the main position of government decision - making and economic and social development of the main front, building a modem think tank is imperative. Zbejiang Provincial Party School of CCP put forward ＂Promoting consultation level, building senior think tank＂, analyzed the challenges and opportunities facing by Party school library, discussed the feasibility of library thinktank services, and put forward countermeasures and considera flops on service innovation of party school library. |
