| 摘 要： | 以PQDT数据库中1984-2013年间共729篇国外知识管理领域博士学位论文为研究对象，采用Excel、SPSS软件进行共词分析、聚类分析和战略坐标图分析。结果显示：国外知识管理领域博士论文的研究主要集中在9个方面，其中知识形态研究、信息技术与知识管理系统研究、组织学习与战略管理研究是核心热点，企业创新与资本研究处于成熟研究区域，人工智能与决策支持研究处于研究的边缘位置，电子商务与知识整合研究、知识管理方式研究、知识管理应用研究有可能成为新的研究热点，组织文化研究具有发展为核心研究热点的潜力。

Focus and Trends of Knowledge Management Research Based on Foreign Doctoral Dissertations |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the keywords of 729 PQDT doctoral dissertations which take knowledge management as their research subjects from 1984 to 2013, using co-word analysis, clustering analysis and strategic diagram by Excel and SPSS. As is shown in the research findings, foreign doctoral dissertations on knowledge management focus on nine aspect, among which researches on knowledge forms, information technology and knowledge management system, organizational learning and strategic management are most studied upon while researches on enterprises innovation and capital are at the maturity stage. In contrast to this, there are sparse researches on artificial intelligence and decision support. Hot subjects for future studies may include ecommerce and knowledge integration, ways of knowledge management, knowledge management application, and researches on organization culture are likely to become the new focus of future studies. |
