| 摘 要： | 差错信息传递问题一直在组织内部不被重视,介绍差错管理文化的相关理论基础,从差错管理文化的角度对其在组织中的应用做了部分探讨,指出培育组织差错管理文化成为解决这些问题的关键所在,并讨论了其理论和实践意义,最后进行总结并给出展望。

| Abstract: | The problem of error information transmission is always not so emphasized in the organization,this paper introduced the error management culture based on a brief summary of the theoretical base.From this perspective the paper discussed the application on error management culture in the organization,pointed out that error management culture may become the key measures to resolve this problem,and then explored its theoretical and practical significance,at last the paper proposed the summary and prospect. |
