| 摘 要： | web2.0环境下,网络成为反映社会舆情的主要载体之一。通过分析网络舆情的定义、特点,网络舆情监测工作的需求者,网络舆情监测采用的主要方法及目前存在的问题,结合图书馆的优势,提出图书馆应如何参与到网络舆情监测工作的建议。
