| 摘 要： | 在协作环境下运作的中小企业是更灵活的组织,员工们分享知识的能力对于企业的成功有着直接的影响。成功的企业不断的寻找并从新定义其运营模式来更有效的利用职工的集体知识及经验。信息技术为企业提供了知识管理的方法,如知识管理支持系统,同时提高了企业商务智能与跨文化协作的能力。本文分析了协同工作与知识管理的基本理论及其使用的技术、工具,同时提出知识管理与企业创新绩效的研究命题。

| Abstract: | The enterprise which operations in the collaborative environment is a agile organization,the employees’ ability to share the knowledge having a direct impact to the success of the enterprises.The successful enterprises keep looking for and redefining the operation mode to use their employees’ knowledge and experiences.The technology provides the method to the knowledge management,such as knowledge management support system,and at the same time increses the enterprises ability to do business intelligent and interculture collaboration.The paper analysed the prinples of the collaboration and knowledge management,discussed the technology and tools they used,then put forwoad some hypothesises about KM and innovation performance to discuss. |
