| 摘 要： | 开放存取的出现,引起了图书馆界、科学界和出版界的广泛关注,本文简要介绍了开放存取的概念、图书馆界对开放存取的推动,重点阐述了开放存取环境下图书馆改变馆藏资源结构比例、充分利用图书馆联盟资源、提供高质量、高精确、高速度服务创新方式。

| Abstract: | The emergence of open access caused a wide range of concerns in the library,scientific and publishing communities.This paper introduced the concept of open access and the promotion of open access in the library community.It focused on impact of open access,the library changed the mix of library resources making full use of library resources to provide high quality,high precision,high-speed service and innovative ways. |
