| 摘 要： | 本文基于数字不平等与数字化贫困领域的相关研究,借助核心资本的视角,分别在数字化归因和数字化脱贫两个方面提出了数字化贫困持续模型与数字化脱贫阶段模型.这一框架的提出背景是以往的数字化贫困研究多集中于个体归因层次,而疏于宏观层面的群体研究;资本视角在数字化贫困研究中的使用比较零散,没有形成有解释力的理论框架.本文在两个模型中提出了经济资本、社会资本与信息资本3个核心资本概念,梳理了三者之间的关系,并在3个资本所构成的情境下分析了农村居民持续停留于数字化贫困状态的原因,进而提出了数字化脱贫的主要阶段.最后,本文阐明了两个数字化贫困相关模型对未来数字不平等研究的可能贡献.

A Stage Model toward the Alleviation of Digital Poverty of Rural Residents: From a Core Capital Perspective |

| Abstract: | From the perspective of core capital, this paper proposed two model regarding the phenomenon of digital poverty based on previous works in the fields of digital inequality and digital poverty:the digital poverty continuance model, which is focus on the factors forming and influencing digital poverty;the stage model of releasing from digital poverty, which is focus on the various stages when the subjects try to get out of the state of digital poverty.The background of this study is:Previous study mainly focus on individual level and nearly neglect the communities as a whole.Although the capital perspective was employed in previous studies of digital poverty, they used the constructs of capital separately instead of comprehensively.In this paper, economic capital, social capital and information capital were defined and the relationships among them were deeply analyzed.Based on the framework of three types of core capital, we explored that why rural residents stay in the state of digital poverty what are the main stages of their releasing from digital poverty.Lastly, this paper also discussed the possible application of this framework to future digital inequality and digital poverty research. |
