摘    要:根据定标比超的基本内涵及其应用在高等教育领域的意义,提出了对我国高校信息素质教育进行定标比超分析的具体流程与步骤.结合对信息素质教育教学质量评价体系的初步探索,建立竞争力评价指标体系,据此对国内外高校信息素质教育进行了客观全面的比较与思考.依据定标比超的分析结果,提出了未来在我国高校开展信息素质教育的建议与对策.

Research on the Present Situation of Information Literacy Education in Universities of China Based on Benchmarking

Abstract:This paper shows some basic meanings of benchmarking and introduces the application of benchmarking in the field of higher education, meanwhile, it also points out specific processes and procedures based on the benchmarking analysis of information literacy education in universities of China.Then, combining the tentative exploration of information literacy education teaching quality evaluation system, the paper establishes the competitiveness evaluation index system and makes a comprehensive comparison of the domestic and international information literacy educations.According to the results of benchmarking analysis, it finally makes suggestions on the countermeasures for the development of information literacy education in universities of China in the future.
