| 摘 要： | 开放存取环境下读者可以免费在网络上获取自己需要的信息,减少了对图书馆资源的依赖程度,图书馆作为信息资源中心的角色受到直接的挑战,给图书馆的各项工作带来了很大的冲击。面对信息环境的日益复杂,图书馆要持续发展,保持其竞争力,必须重视藏书发展政策的制定,从理论政策上来指导图书馆馆藏发展,协调与平衡版权资源和开放资源的种类、学科内容等方面的发展,规划馆藏资源建设。

| Abstract: | In open access environment, readers can access on the internet according to their needs for free, and reduce the dependence of library resources, which give the library a great impact, the library as an information resource center face very huge challenges. With the changes of the information environment, the library should get sustainable development, remain competitive, attach the importance to collection development policy- making, guide the library from theory and policies, coordination and balance the development of the copyright resources and open source types, subjects, etc., and planning the construction of coflections of resources. |
