| 摘 要： | 基于区域信息化建设，结合信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养的特点，针对如何提高信息主体素质，构建高级应用型信息管理与信息系统专业人才的能力模型，提出应用型本科信息化人才培养的能力素质教育体系，在教学实践中取得了显著的效果，提高了学生的竞争力。
