| 摘 要： | 百度事件引发了公众对"避风港"原则的高度关注。"避风港"原则是法律规定的网络服务者的免责条款。现代图书馆具备"避风港"原则适用的基本条件。图书馆适用具有一定的条件限制,正确理解与合理利用"避风港"原则是图书馆充分发挥信息资源服务职能的重要保证。
