| 摘 要： | 中关村技术转移体系经过近30年的建设已初现轮廓,技术交易独领风骚,品牌技术转移机构不断涌现,但中关村技术转移体系仍然存在不少问题,解决这些问题的关键是以技术转移政策创新为突破口,消除技术转移制度性障碍、探索技术转移新的机制和模式、完善技术转移环境。
