| 摘 要： | 广东省作为全国产学研试点,五年来对产学研合作各方面进行大胆尝试,其中合作动力与合作模式作为产学研合作一系列制约因素的关键,受到普遍重视.文章基于391家企业的问卷调查统计,着重分析广东省产学研合作动力与合作模式,找出制约深化合作的因素并提出相应对策,认为应当利用企业体现的积极性,主要从技术对接和社会服务机制两方面减少合作成本提高合作效果,建立长久合作机制.
