| 摘 要： | 运用超效率数据包络(SE-DEA)模型对广东省2001-2008年的地方财政科技投入效率进行分析和评价.实证分析表明,广东的地方财政科技投入总量和强度历年都不足,科技人才投入不足,对地方经济发展的拉动效应不够大.根据实证分析的情况,为提升广东地方财政投入产出效率提出对策建议.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes and evaluates the output efficiency of the local financial investment in science and technology of Guangdong Province from 2001 to 2008 by the super efficiency data envelopment analysis model.Empirical analysis shows that the local finance science and technology inputs of Guangdong and its input intensity are insufficient.The pulling effect of local economic development is insufficient.Finally,the paper makes some countermeasures to enhance the local financial input-output efficiency of ... |
