| 摘 要： | 房地产业是中国国民经济的支柱产业,直接关系到中国经济的发展状况.在知识经济时代,房地产业信息化的推进,影响着房地产业可持续发展的进程,制约着其他行业的信息化发展.从房地产业信息化推进过程中涉及的基础设施、信息资源、信息技术、行业内外部环境出发,有效结合房地产业整个产业链中各环节信息化的关键因素,构建了一套评价指标体系,以便于对各地区房地产业信息化的发展现状进行客观评价,提出发展策略,推进房地产业信息化发展进程,实现房地产业可持续发展的目的.
