| 摘 要： | 近几年,随着辽宁老工业基地全面振兴步伐的加快,辽宁省中小企业产业集群迅速成长,但与先进地区和国家的产业集群比较起来,尚存在一些差距.文章概述辽宁中小企业产业集群的发展状况,分析当前辽宁中小企业产业集群存在的主要问题,并提出辽宁中小企业产业集群创新发展的对策.

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the overall revitalization of old industrial base in Liaoning,the industrial clusters of SMEs in Liaoning grow rapidly.Compared with the advanced countries,there are still some gaps.This article outlines the development of industrial clusters of SMEs in Liaoning,analyzes main problems and proposes the countermeasures on this issue. |
