| 摘 要： | 利用我国各个省市1993-2008年的全要素生产率、对外开放技术溢出指标、国内R&D的相应数据,通过实证分析发现:国内研发支出和对外开放技术外溢对于技术进步均起了重要的促进作用,但国内研发支出对区域全要素生产率的影响要远远高于后者,国内研发差距也是造成地区全要素生产率差异的主要原因,各省市的对外开放技术溢出差异,并不是地区全要素生产率产生差异的原因.

| Abstract: | Using the panel data of TFP,some index of the spillovers of opening up,domestic R&D expenditure of some provinces from 1993 to 2008,the article estimates the effects of the spillovers of opening up and domestic R&D expenditure to the TFP.The empirical results are as follows: Both domestic R&D expenditure and the spillovers of opening up have a positive effect on the TFP,however,compared with the spillovers of opening up,the impact of domestic R&D expenditure is much larger.It shows that domestic R&D expendi... |
