| 摘 要： | 上海集成电路集群是我国较为典型的创新集群,目前已经形成完整的产业链,产业规模位居全国之首.分析了上海集成电路创新集群的构成要素,根据各要素在集群中的作用进行系统分类,构建了集成电路创新网络模型,并针对各要素在现有创新集群中所存在的问题提出改进建议.

| Abstract: | Shanghai IC cluster is typical of innovation clusters in China.It has formed a complete industrial chain,which industrial scale ranks first in our country.On the basis of analyzing the elements of IC cluster,the paper systematically classifies the elements by its function,which constructs a model of innovation network on IC innovation clusters in Shanghai.After identifying the problems of main elements,it gives some suggestions for improvement. |
