| 摘 要： | 我国2000年第二次修改<专利法>后,专利战略的研究呈现不断加强的趋势.以中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和中文科技期刊全文数据库2000-2009年"专利战略"目录下检索到的核心期刊论文为样本文献,从专利战略理论体系研究、专利战略相关关系研究、专利战略管理研究、相关领域专利战略研究等四大方面分析国内专利战略研究的学术动态,并对研究进展和热点问题进行综述,最后对国内专利战略研究的趋势进行预测和分析,以有助于研究的深入发展.
