我国企业核心员工激励研究的文献述评

摘    要:以我国学者关于企业核心员工激励的研究文献为基础,用内容分析法对当前我国企业核心员工激励研究的方法、核心员工的内涵和胜任素质特征、激励因素和激励策略等方面进行总结和回顾,并提出对企业核心员工进行有效激励的相应建议以及今后关于核心员工激励的研究展望.

Abstract:Based on the research documents about core personnel incentive of our country,by using the content analysis research,this paper summarizes and reviews the incentive methods to core personnel,contents and qualifications of core personnel,incentive factors,tactics,and difficult points,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions on how to stimulate core personnel effectively and how to research the incentive of core personnel.
