摘    要:组织学习微观机理的研究是组织学习体系的一个薄弱环节,而个体之间的学习是组织学习微观机理解析的契入点.基于互惠性学习行为的视角,个体之间学习的演化博弈分析可以为组织学习的动态性演化提供合理的解释,揭示互惠性环境下组织学习的微观运作机制,从而弥补组织学习体系研究的不足,为组织学习的深入开展提供有效的理论借鉴.
