| 摘 要： | 经济全球化和信息化不断发展,产业集群作为具特色和竞争力的新经济组织模式,有着区别于一般组织形式的经济属性与社会属性,其稳定问题是关系发展的关键.文章从形成、结构等角度,认为产业集群属于网络组织类型.对其形成与发展动力、与环境的适应过程、运作模式等方面深入分析,探讨产业集群稳定必要条件,认为能够响应并适应环境的混合型产业集群网络组织更容易形成并保持稳定状态,最后有针对性提出集群管理的政策性建议.
