| 摘 要： | 产业网络是一个自组织系统,其演进受系统内外因素的作用.企业成长是产业网络系统演进的重要内部因素,伴随着企业的成长,产业网络会经历从形成到衰退的过程.而当企业实现由代内成长向代际飞跃时,产业网络也将发生重构或实现升级.产业网络演进就是在企业生命周期发展轨迹的作用下,所发生的不断由旧稳态结构向新稳态结构的渐变与突变过程.
