| 摘 要： | 对202位企业家的调查研究表明,企业家创新意识可从认识与行为两个层面来衡量,包括创新价值意识、人才战略意识、反思批判意识、求新求教意识、风险承担意识、贯彻落实意识等六个维度,不同类型的企业家也呈现出一定的差异.

| Abstract: | The survey of 202 entrepreneurs has shown that entrepreneurs' innovative consciousness can be measured by awareness and behavior,which includes consciousnesses of worth,talent strategy,reflection and criticism,novelty and consulting,risks undertaking and implementing.Different types of entrepreneurs showed some differences in their innovative consciousness. |
