摘 要: | 在对电动汽车充电特性和负载配置的研究基础上,提出一种面向居民区的充电运营模式、运行策略及典型方案设计。首先分析了传统充电服务运营模式的优缺点,在此基础上提出联合汽车厂商和充电桩厂商混合运营模式和共享充电桩运营模式,接着给出了一种面向居民区电动汽车充电运行策略,包括充电价格的确定方式、基于峰谷分时电价政策的引导性充电模式和电动汽车老旧电池储能装置综合利用,仿真结果验证了所提运行策略的有效性,最后完成面向居民区电动汽车充电装置的典型设计,为电动汽车的广泛普及奠定技术基础。

Research on Charging Operation Mode, Operation Strategy and Typical Design for Electric Vehicles in Residential Area |

Abstract: | Based on the research of charging characteristics and load configuration of electric vehicle, a residential area oriented charging operation mode, operation strategy and typical scheme design are put forward. Firstly, the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional charging service operation mode are analyzed, and a mixed mode and shared mode of the combined automobile manufacturers and charging pile manufacturers are proposed, then a charging operation strategy for residential electric vehicles is addressed, including charging price determination method, the peak-valley time-of-use price policy and comprehensive utilization of old battery energy storage device, and simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed operation strategy. Finally a typical design scheme is demonstrated, which is laid a technical foundation for the wide application of domestic electric vehicle. |
