| 摘 要： | 从专利分析的基本概念出发,对其基础理论和主要方法进行介绍,通过对国内外相关研究的综述分析,总结得到专利分析的主要研究内容和价值,最后从如何利用专利情报分析支撑产业和园区发展的角度,提出若干对策建议。

A Review of S&T Information-oriented Patent Analysis and Applications |

| Abstract: | Based on the concept of patent analysis, this paper introduces its basic theory and main methods. Through the analysis of the related achievements at home and abroad, the main contents and values of patent analysis are summarized. Finally, from how to use patent analysis to support government decision, this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. |
