| 摘 要： | 建筑节能评价指标体系是柳州市开展各项节能工作的基础,是对建筑节能工作正确决策的前提。采用文献研究法、专家调查法进行建筑节能评价指标的收集,依据柳州市具体的实际情况和评价指标建立的原则,初步建立评价指标体系共计得到79项指标,基于粗糙集理论对指标进行筛选,得到35项指标;应用层次分析法对精简的35项指标进行权重赋值,最终得到9项一级指标35项二级指标的柳州市建筑节能评价指标体系。

Research on Evaluation Indexs System of Building Energy Saving of City of LiuZhou Based on Rough Set and AHP |

| Abstract: | The evaluation index system of building energy saving is the basis for Liuzhou city to carry out the energy saving work, is the prerequisite for the construction of energy-saving work of correct decision. Using literature method and expert investigation method collect index of building energy saving. A total of 79 indicators are obtained ,based on the situation of liuzhou and the establishment of evaluation. Based on rough set theory indicators were screened to obtain 35 indicators. Application of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to streamline 35 indicators of weight assignment, eventually get nine level indicators 35 secondary indicators of Liuzhou building energy efficiency evaluation system. |
