| 摘 要： | 绩效问题是企业孵化器的发展过程中面临的关键性问题。为合理评价企业孵化器的运行绩效，找出提升绩效水平的优先因素，本文对相关方法展开研究并进行应用。首先，从服务能力、运营水平、孵化效率、社会贡献四个方面入手确定包含12个指标的评价指标体系；接着，将线性加权平均法、TOPSIS法和功效系数法进行组合作为评价方法，采用TOPDIS作为提升方法；最后，以广东省24个企业孵化器为样本进行实证分析。研究结果表明，该方法能够合理的对企业孵化器的绩效水平进行测评，能有依据的给出提升绩效水平的优先考虑因素。

Research and application of Performance Evaluation and promotion method of Business Incubator |

| Abstract: | Performance problem is the key problem in the development of business incubator. For evaluate the performance of business incubators and find out the priority factors to improve the performance level, this paper studies and applies the relevant methods. Firstly, the evaluation index system which includes 12 indexes is established from service ability, operation level, incubation efficiency and social contribution four aspects. Then, the linear enhancement average method, the TOPSIS method and the efficacy coefficient method are combined as an evaluation method. TOPDIS is used as a method to found out priority factors to improvement performance. Finally, 24 business incubators in Guangdong are used an examples to conduct performance analysis.The results show that this method can reasonably evaluate the efficiency of business incubators and reasonably give priority to improving performance level. |
