| 摘 要： | 基于供应链集成化管理理论与军民融合供应链理论,界定了军民融合供应链集成化管理的概念,构建了以管理集成为核心,要素集成和职能集成为支撑的军民融合供应链集成化管理概念模型,详细分析了管理集成、要素集成和职能集成的内涵,探讨了实施军民融合供应链管理的核心、基础和重点,为实施军民融合供应链集成化管理提供一定的实践指导。

Research on Integrated Management of Civil-military Integration Supply Chain |

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of supply chain integrated management and civil-military integration supply chain , the concept of integrated management of civil-military integration supply chain is defined, and a conceptual model of integrated management of civil-military integration supply chain is constructed with management integration as core, element integration and function integration as support. The connotation of management integration, element integration and function integration is analyzed in detail , and the core, foundation and key points implementing civil-military integration supply chain management are discussed. It provides some practical guidance for implementing integrated management of civil-military integration supply chain. |
