| 摘 要： | 战略性新兴产业是以重大技术突破和重大发展需求为基础,对经济社会全局和长远发展具有重大引领带动作用。辽宁省目前正处在工业化发展的中后期阶段,积极发展战略性新兴产业是推动辽宁省产业结构优化升级和应对当前经济下行压力增大问题的重要途径。本文基于2012-2016年辽宁省战略性新兴产业17家样本企业的数据,采用数据包络分析法DEA对辽宁战略性新兴产业企业投入产出效率进行了测度。实证结果表明,样本企业中只有少数达到了投入产出效率最优,大部分企业仍存在规模效率无效或纯技术效率无效,或者二者同时无效的情况。最后针对辽宁战略性新兴产业企业投入产出效率冗余状况提出了相应的改进机制。

Research on the measurement and improvement path of input- output efficiency of Liaoning's strategic emerging industries |

| Abstract: | Strategic emerging industries are based on major technological breakthroughs and major development needs, which play a leading role in the overall and long-term development of the economy and society. At present, Liaoning is in the middle and late stage of industrial development, and actively developing strategic emerging industries is an important way to promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of Liaoning province and to cope with the increase of the current economic downward pressure. Based on the data of 17 sample enterprises in the strategic emerging industries of Liaoning Province in 2012-2016 years, this paper uses data envelopment analysis (DEA) to measure the input-output efficiency of strategic emerging industrial enterprises in Liaoning. The empirical results show that only a few of the sample enterprises have achieved the best input-output efficiency. Most of the enterprises still have the inefficiency of scale efficiency or pure technical efficiency, or the two cases are ineffective at the same time. Finally, the corresponding improvement mechanism is put forward for Liaoning''s strategic emerging industries. |
