| 摘 要： | 从组织机构、管理制度、工作职能这三个方面对目前国内的医学科研管理工作进行分析,发现医学临床科研管理中存在着管理体制滞后,管理导向性不明确,科研成果的转化和利用率低,管理队伍专业化水平不高等问题。为适应临床科研实际需要,建议通过转变科研管理职能;完善科研评审工作,促进成果转化和利用;注重人才培养,提高科研管理者的素质等对策优化当前的医学临床科研管理体系和模式。

| Abstract: | Scientific research is one of the main tasks of modern research hospitals. This paper analyzes the management of medical scientific research in China from three aspects: organizational structure, management system and work function. It is found that there are some problems in the management of medical clinical scientific research, such as lagging management system, unclear management orientation, low conversion and utilization rate of scientific research achievements, and low professional level of management team. In order to adapt to the actual needs of clinical scientific research, it is suggested to optimize the current management system and mode of medical clinical scientific research by changing the functions of scientific research management, improving the work of scientific research evaluation, promoting the transformation and utilization of achievements, paying attention to the training of talents and improving the quality of scientific research managers. |
