| 摘 要： | 浙江省位于信息经济领域的前列,本文选取了浙江省2001-2016年间信息经济领域创新政策文本,基于政策演化理论,通过文本量化分析,从政策主体、政策目标、政策工具三个维度分析浙江信息经济领域创新政策的演进特点。研究发现：政策主体的合作广度不断增加,合作强度有待加强；两化融合的政策目标受到重视,对信息基础设施的政策目标关注不够；各类政策工具的使用趋于均衡,金融政策工具所占比例稍显落后,并在此研究基础上提出相关政策建议。

Analysis on the Evolution of Innovation Policy in Information Economy - Based on the Empirical Research in Zhejiang Province |

| Abstract: | Zhejiang province is at the forefront of the information economy.The text of innovation policy in information economy from 2001 to 2016 was selected. Based on the theory of policy evolution, this paper analyzes the evolution characteristics of innovation policies from three dimensions of policy subject, policy objective and policy tool respectively. The study finds that the scope of cooperation between policy subjects is increasing and the intensity of cooperation needs to be strengthened. The policy objectives of the integration of the two countries are emphasized, and the policy objectives of the information infrastructure are not enough attention. The use of various policy tools tends to be balanced, and the proportion of financial policy tools is slightly behind. On the basis of this research, relevant policy suggestions are put forward to promote the healthy development of Zhejiang information economy. |
