| 摘 要： | 科技与金融是现代经济最为重要的两方面,而高新技术产业与金融产业均是综合性、渗透性、关联性较为突出的产业,两者存在天然的耦合关系,因此,促成两者融合的科技金融服务平台尤为重要。拟建立以科技金融服务平台为切入点,以项目部制为参照,以信用服务为根本、投资服务为主体、中介服务为桥梁、政策及信息服务为支撑的共享共建型科技金融服务平台;同时提出完善该类平台的相关政策和策略思考。

Study on the Construction and Operation of Shared and Co-Constructed Sci-Tech Financial Service Platform |

| Abstract: | Technology and finance are two of the most important aspects of the modern economy. While the high-tech industry and the finance industry are comprehensive, penetrative and highly correlative, there is a natural coupling relationship between the two. Therefore, the sci-tech finance service platform which facilitates their integration is particularly important. Starting with the sci-tech finance service platform, referring to the project system, this paper analyzed the operating mechanism of a shared and co-constructed sci-tech finance service platform based on credit service, with investment services as the main body, intermediate services as the bridge, policy and information service as the support. Besides,we also put forward some suggestions to optimize related policies and strategies so as to perfect the platform. |
