| 摘 要： | 为推动安全科学发展,以安全科学研究与安全实践活动中最为普遍的安全关联现象为基础,开展构建安全关联学的学科建设研究。基于安全体系的关联特性,提出安全关联的定义,并分析其内涵、类型与特征,进而提出安全关联学的定义,分析其学科基本问题与学科基础,提取实体表达与逻辑表达等6种常用的安全关联学表达方法,并从安全教育的层次和事故预防的策略等11个不同的视角构建安全关联学的学科分支体系。研究结果表明,安全关联学研究具有深厚的现实基础与理论基础和广阔的应用与发展前景。

Research on establishment of the science of safety relations |

| Abstract: | In order to promote the development of safety science, the establishment of the science of safety relations was conducted based on the most popular phenomenons of safety relations in safety science research and accidents prevention. Depended upon the features of safety relations architecture, the definition of safety relations is proposed, and its connotation, types and characteristics are analyzed. Accordingly, the definition of science of safety relations is proposed, its basic subject issues and heoretical basis are analyzed. Meanwhile, six methods of safety relations representation such as object and ogical representation are extracted, and the branch disciplines system of science of safety relations is constructed with follow eleven aspects. The results show that the research of the science of safety relations has a profound theoretical basis and practical basis, and the science of safety relations has wide applying fields and developing prospects. |
