| Abstract: | The small and medium-sized enterprise is vein and nerve, national economic and social distribution extensive, far-reaching. Therefore, analysis of the Hubei small and medium-sized enterprise law of development, and to promote the "Hubei model", "innovative Hubei" construction, the implementation of innovative development driven strategy is of great strategic significance. The basic way firstly summarizes the Hubei province small and medium sized micro enterprise development, combined with empirical research in Hubei province science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise development, through qualitative and quantitative research, scientific analysis of Hubei province to promote science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise development advantages and disadvantages, put forward some countermeasures to promote the Hubei province science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise development focus. |
