| 摘 要： | 进入以城市文明为主导的城市社会后,我国城市发展面临的问题主要有城市经济发展的粗放式、低端化,公共设施与公共服务供给不足,城市管理的复杂性、难度不断增大,城市资源与环境问题严峻,城市的无序扩张与空间功能失衡等。智慧城市建设从发展战略、经济发展、社会发展、基础设施、空间规划五大方面推进智能感知、互联互通、创新应用,推动城市系统的优化提升,为解决城市社会来临后城市发展面临的难题提供了有效的方法与路径。通过加强智慧城市发展战略的研究、规划与实施,部署完备的保障体系,保证智慧城市建设的有效推进。

The practice countermeasures of the Smart City in the background of Chinese Urban Society |

| Abstract: | Considering the proportion of urban population to the total population, China has entered the urban society, which is dominated by urban civilization. The advent of urban society has brought great challenges to the sustainable development of Chinese cities. With the development of new information technology and its extensive application in various fields of the city, Smart City is a new urban development model which attracts attention. The Smart City promotes the Urban Innovation and Optimization by digitalization, intelligent perception, interconnection and innovation application in various fields of the city. In the context of urban society, China should promote the Urban connotation with smart city Practice, and promote the research, planning and implementation of the smart city strategy, to ensure the effective implementation of the smart city initiatives. |
