| 摘 要： | 创新驱动发展战略作为国家主导战略的背景下,大学科技园本应成为科技成果转化、创新人才培育、创新集群发展的主阵地,却尚未发挥出其应有的作用。在对大学科技园广泛深入调研的基础上,本文提出了中国大学科技园发展模式转变及其研究的必要性,分析了实际调研中发现的大学科技园存在的突出问题,探讨了发达国家科技园的发展模式,并重点分析了瑞典KISTA科学城和武汉大学科技园的特色及成效,进而针对性地研究提出中国大学科技园发展模式转变的建议。

Research on the Transformation of the Development Model of Chinese University Science Park |

| Abstract: | Under the background of taking innovation-driven strategy as the nationally dominant strategy, the university science and technology park should have become the main front for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the cultivation of innovative talents, and the development of innovative clusters, but it has not yet played its due role. On the basis of extensive and in-depth research on university science parks, this paper puts forward the necessity of the transformation of Chinese university science park development model, analyzes the outstanding problems of university science parks discovered in actual research, and discusses the science parks of developed countries. This paper also focuses on the characteristics and effectiveness of the development model of Swedish KISTA Science City and Wuhan University Science Park, and then proposes targeted changes in the development model of China"s university science park. |
