| 摘 要： | 健康服务产业链是由健康保险、医疗服务、健康管理等健康服务部门通过一定的产业关联关系和纵向交易关系构成的产业链,具有比较特殊的环型产业关联结构,且其纵向整合对于推动医疗体制改革和健康服务业发展具有重要意义。基于新制度经济学和信息经济学理论,对目前比较典型的健康保险公司主导型、医疗服务主导型和健康管理公司主导型的三种产业链整合模式进行理论分析,提出基于产业链整合的发展我国健康服务产业的政策建议。

Study on The Ring-type Structure and Vertical Integration of Health Service Industry Chain |

| Abstract: | The industry chain integration is a key topic of industry chain study. The health service industry chain is comprised of health insurance, medical service and health management. Based on a certain industrial linkage raltions and vertical transactional relations, it has special ring-type industrial linkage structure, and its vertical integration is of great significance to the reform of medical system and development of health service industry. This paper employs neoinstitutional economics and information economics to theoretically analyze the three typical industry integration models, which are respectively dominated by insurance companies, hospitals and health mahagement companies, and finally we put forward policy suggestions on medicl system reform and health induxtry. |
