| 摘 要： | 本文基于对中德农业科技合作模式和研究成果的全面梳理和综合分析,识别出中德农业科技合作的现实困境,也揭示出一带一路大战略形势下中德农业科技合作的战略机遇。论文从合作机制和研究内容视角建议应创新合作机制并积极探索新的合作模式,提升中德农业科技合作的深度和广度；健全中德农业科技项目管理运行机制,合作参与欧洲展望2020计划,积极融入企业资本,最大化合作效益；深化合作内容,建立为一带一路沿线发展中国家农业科技发展破题机制。同时,为推进中国与其他国家的农业科技合作得到战略性启示。

Exploring New Growth Points: The Realistic Predicament and Model Innovation of Agricultural Science and Technology Cooperation between China and Germany under the Belt and Road Initiative |

| Abstract: | Based on a comprehensive analysis and comprehensive analysis of the agricultural science and technology cooperation model and research results in China and Germany, this paper identifies the practical difficulties of Sino-German cooperation in agricultural science and technology, and also reveals the strategic opportunities for cooperation between China and Germany in agricultural science and technology under the major strategic situation of the One Belt One Road initiative. From the perspective of cooperation mechanism and research content, the paper proposes to innovate cooperation mechanisms and actively explore new cooperation models to enhance the depth and breadth of cooperation between China and Germany in agricultural science and technology; to improve the management and operation mechanism of China-German agricultural science and technology projects, and to participate in the European Outlook 2020 program, actively Integrate corporate capital and maximize the benefits of cooperation; deepen the content of cooperation and establish a mechanism for the development of agricultural science and technology in developing countries along the Belt and Road. At the same time, it has gained strategic inspiration for advancing agricultural science and technology cooperation between China and other countries. |
