摘    要:以广东省为例,通过梳理广东省青年科技人才政策存在的问题,总结国外促进青年科技人才的发展经验,提出以"遵循青年人才发展规律,激发原始重大创新能力"为导向、完善新时期青年科技人才支持政策的对策建议。

Abstract:As young scientific and technologic talents are the driving force in scientific and Technological innovation, the whole world make it an important strategic choice to cultivate young scientific and technologic talents (the "talents") and come out with policies to support the talents. Taking Guangdong Province as an example, this paper focuses on combing existing problems of Guangdong Province"s young scientific and technologic talents policies, summarizing experiences of improving the development of young scientific and technologic talents around the world, and putting forward countermeasures to improve polices for supporting young scientific and technologic talents in the new period. The countermeasures are "following the pattern of young talents development and motivating original significant abilities of innovation" oriented.
