摘    要:判断一项科技成果可转化为技术标准的潜力,是实现科技成果标准转化的前提和基础。通过对科技成果转化技术标准的评价模型研究,为判断一项科技成果是否具有标准化潜力提供技术方法和具体操作方式。建立科技成果转化技术标准评价模式,构建评价指标体系,并利用模糊综合评价法对该模型进行实证验证;实证检验结果表明,该评价模型和方法可作为判断一项科技成果转化为技术标准潜力高低的有效途径。

The Evaluation Model and Empirical Analysis of Scientific and Technological Achievements Transform into Technical Standards
Abstract:The level of scientific and technological achievements transform into technical standards reflects the strength and weakness of a country"s core industrial competitiveness,judging the potential of scientific and technological achievements transform into technical standards is the prerequisite and basis for promoting the standardization of scientific and technological achievements. This report through the research on the evaluation model of the technical standard of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,tries to provide the technical methods and specific operation methods for judging whether scientific and technological achievements has the potential of standardization. By establishing the standard evaluation index model of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,build a evaluation system and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with field research to verified the model. By empirical test,he evaluation model and method designed in the research can be used as an effective way to judge the potential of scientific and technological achievements transform into technical standards.
