| 摘 要： | 以2003-2018年国内关于新型研发机构的139篇研究文献为分析样本,使用内容分析法和文献研究法,对新型研发机构的研究现状进行评估与综述。研究发现,近年新型研发机构论文发表数量不断增长,多以案例研究为主要方法进行定性分析与现状总结,定量分析与实证研究不多,也缺乏完整的理论框架。为此,从新型研发机构作为官产学等多创新主体"耦合"的角度出发,基于创新生态系统与创新价值链视角,从知识来源、获取、转化到应用的内在创新过程,构建一个创新生态范式,促进科技成果跨越"死亡之谷",形成完整的理论框架和实证探索路径。

| Abstract: | This paper selects 139 Chinese literature from 2003 to 2018 as the samples,with content analysis and literature research, in order to review and prospect of New R D Institutions.It is found that, although the number of papers published in new R D institutions has been increasing in recent years, it is still taking case studies as the main method, focusing on qualitative analysis and summary of the status, taking the "Situation - Question - Suggestion" model and putting forward suggestions or measures for problems and deficiencies, and being a lack of quantitative analysis and empirical research, and also a lack of a complete theoretical framework. Then, starting with the coupling perspective of the new R D institutions as the multiparty cooperation innovation with official-industry-education-research, and basing on the innovation ecosystem and the innovation value chain perspective, this paper looks into the internal innovation process from the knowledge source, obtaining, transforming to the application of a complete set of circular recursion, constructing a new ecological paradigm and identifying the niche of new R D institutions in the innovation value chain in order to help the scientific and technological achievements across the valley of death, and form a complete theoretical framework and empirical exploration path. |
