| 摘 要： | 针对广东省原始创新能力薄弱的原因进行系统研究,分析广东省在推动原始创新发展过程中存在的问题,从厘清科技发展思路、加大基础研究投入、整合创新资源、增强科研主体创新能力、培养引进高层次人才、完善科研体系、营造良好创新环境等方面入手,较为系统全面地对广东提升原始创新能力进行战略分析并提供对策建议。

Strategy planning for improving initial innovation capabilities of Guangdong Province |

| Abstract: | Guangdong"s scientific and technological work with the international standards, with the market and the industry standards and advantages. Guangdong provincial Party Secretary in the research and Technology Department, pointed out that Guangdong to play this advantage, but also to the original innovation ability weak. In this paper, we analyze the problem of Guangdong province in promoting the development of original innovation, and analyze the problems in Guangdong Province, to clarify the scientific development ideas, to increase basic research investment, to integrate innovative resources, to enhance scientific research subjects innovation ability, to foster the introduction of high-level personnel, improve the scientific research system, create a good innovation environment, etc., and to provide countermeasures to enhance the original innovation ability in Guangdong. |
