| 摘 要： | 依据创意城市的内涵选择投入产出指标,利用情境依赖数据包络分析法分析2014年19座创意城市的效率,并提出创意城市的治理战略。结果显示,(1)城市规模不是创意城市效率高低的关键因素,长沙、深圳和苏州位于效率最高层;(2)杭州市、大连市、南京市、宁波市分别是各分层中吸引力最高的城市;(3)青岛市、大连市、南京市、宁波市、天津市为各分层中进步力值最小的城市;(4)各层间的差距Level2到Level4的差距较小,创意产业呈现两极化的发展。

The Efficiency Research of Chinese Creative Cities-Based on the Context-Dependent DEA |

| Abstract: | This study evaluated the development of creative industries of 19 Chinese cities in 2014 based on the Context-dependent DEA. The research objectives are to explore the competitive strength and weakness of each city by relative attractiveness and progress, and develop the governance tactics. The conclusions of this paper are as following: (1) The largestt scale cities must not have better efficiency. Changsha, Suzhou and Shenzhen are the best cities in creative efficiency.(2)Hangzhou, Dalian, Nanjing and Ningbo cities are the most attractive stratification cities in every hierarchical.(3)Qingdao, Dalian, Nanjing, Ningbo, Tianjin are the cities which progressive force for all stratification are the minimum value.(4)In the allocation of resources, the gap between the layers of Level4 and Level2 are small, the development of creative industries presents polarization. |
