| 摘 要： | 专利创业更适应"大众创业、万众创新"的时代背景,将是日后创业的新方向。在明确专利创业基本概念的基础上,区别专利创业与一般技术创业不同之处;从剖析案例出发,将专利创业模式划分为两大类型3种模式,对3种模式的含义及其适用条件分别阐述;最后就如何有效实施专利创业展开论述。

Analysis on the Mode of Patent Business |

| Abstract: | In the time background of everyone entrepreneurship and everyone innovation, patent entrepreneurship is more suited to this era background requirements. With the development of the global village economy, the importance of intellectual property is becoming more and more prominent. Patent entrepreneurship will be a new direction for future entrepreneurship. However, in the end what is the patent business, patent viable what feasible model? Have to be in-depth discussion and practice. On the basis of clarifying basic concept of patent entrepreneurship, the article distinguishes the differences between patent and ordinary technology entrepreneurship. Starting from the case, the patent business model is divided into two types of three models. The meaning of the three models, as well as the application of conditions were elaborated. Finally, how to effectively implement the patent business start discussion. |
